Recipe format and safety

Schema v1 includes a version, metadata, signal settings and structured observation options. Unknown versions, unsafe settings and malformed recipes are rejected rather than silently rewritten.

Use the recipe editor to run or export a repeatable test. Preserve the recipe version, settings and observations with the result so someone else can repeat the same procedure.
